Hands on attention and fair deal This is the second car I've purchased from BWM SF, but the first used one. The "new" fixed price of the car we were interested in eliminated the need for haggling over the price, which was a relief. They also gave us a fair price for our trade-in. Go Here This dealership is so great I flew up from Southern California to do business with them. I was shopping for a specific used car, and although other dealers had cars I was considering, the customer service at BMW SF was unmatched. They were by far the nicest and very fair; none of the typical car salesman stuff. I got a great deal and left very happy.

Efficient service, reasonable price I went in for value service on my e39, got the rear brakes done for less than the cost of parts if I were to do it myself. They did a good job and washed my car, it was done before promised. Just be sure to tell them if you have a favorite plate frame since they may replace it with their own.
Quick and Excellent Kevin was the best. Worked with me to get me exactly what I wanted. Everything was quick and service was great.
