Very easy and quick process I recently bought a new car here, and it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. We negotiated the price online prior to my visit, and the trade-in amount I received was nearly identical to that which was quoted through the website. Normally when you get a trade-in quote the dealership tries to lowball once you arrive. This didn't happen here. Both the car bought and traded-in were fair market value. The whole process was quick and easy, and the staff was very helpful as well.
CPO X5 - Awesome Experience Purchased an elite CPO X5 at SF BMW and the experience was really pleasant. All the people I interacted were really kind, friendly and helpful. My sales advisor Eugene is the best! He is very genuine and thinks from the customer's perspective while balancing his job responsibilities! I would definitely come back to buy here again!

Purely electric experience! I've been bringing my i3 in for service for over a year now and have always had the best experience with BMW of San Francisco. The staff is truly dedicated to the client and always delivers on promises from appointment times, loaner vehicles all the way to the on time delivery of my freshly serviced car. Their detail department always exceeds my expectations and leaves me driving away in a cleaner car than when i brought it in. I would highly recommend BMW of San Francisco to anyone.

Allen Hung is the best! Brought my 2013 X5 to get my windshield fixed because safelite couldnt get the HUD to not have double images. Allen Hung provided excellent serivce by communicating with me on what was being done throughout the entire process of figuring out the root cause. Very friendly, responsive, and listens to the customers needs and expectations so that he knows what needs to be delivered!
