Exceptional car buying experience! 2020 x5 I made an appointment with Steven, the Product Specialist at Bert Smith BMW to review my iDrive options for my 2016 x5. I was nervous walking in because I didnt purchase my x5 from them but from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed. Steven was knowledgeable, knew all of the options and went above and beyond showing me what I had. Service on my 2017 BMW 320i. Set up an appointment and when I arrived it did not take long to be seen. I left my car and the courtesy car gave me a ride home (which is a great convenience). When the service was completed I received a call concerning additional work that was needed. When the work was completed the courtesy car picked me up and I was very happy to pick my car up.
