Good Experience We were introduced to John Grima at Bert Smith BMW at a time we were interested in purchasing a new vehicle. We had, in advance, "Built our own" including model, color, upholstery, options and accessories. We found John to be both personable and knowledgeable in assisting us as a client adviser. Great Buying Experience! I bought a certified pre owned BMW on July 4th 2019 after extensive research and visiting many dealerships. I had a fantastic buying experiencing at Bert Smith BMW! I worked with Keith Sanders. He was a great sales advisor! I appreciated his direct yet low pressure sales approach. Keith and the sales Manager made the buying experience quick and easy.
