First time dealing with an out of state dealer, so I was a bit apprehensive about it. But for this experience, it went pretty well. Our salesman, Payton, was excellent and very easy to work with. So I give him much credit for keeping it smooth, because I would have easily moved on, if things didn't go our way. So thumbs up!!

We appreciate the promptness of Mr. Miller coming to help... We appreciate the promptness of Mr. Miller coming to help us when we first drove in. My husband likes that we get an estimate before having the work done and usually you all come in under the estimate, which is, of course, a nice happening. Loved that our car got a bath.

Mac greeted me at my appointment time and reviewed what services was to be performed. He kept me in the loop until service was completed. He also volunteered to handle an error message on my BMW. His service was great for both vehicles!
