I appreciated the concierge service and the work... I appreciated the concierge service and the work completed. However, there was a software update for the vehicle but not required so they would not do it without customer pay of $230. This is a leased vehicle under warranty; I should not have to pay for software updates. The service department could be a little friendlier. Although email lacks tone, some of the email messages seemed abrasive.

They said they would order the part and take care of it. One year later I mentioned it to Mac and the part was ordered and the part replaced...in less than a week. Thanks Mac, you guys are phenominal! No question where we will have our service work done from here out.
