Service. Answered all questions and more patience. People fr The place was clean with many chairs to sit and watch TV plus treats plus drinks plus plus. Mac Miller, my service rep, was quick and thorough with things that needed to be done. This was another safety recall on my Jetta and I am not too happy about that. Now I am facing another one this is 5 within the past 15 months. It is not parked problems per se but it certainly is Volkswagen's problem. And I have had it.
