Friendly with great customer service Almin was super patient and helped us figure out what worked best for our needs, test drove a couple different models before deciding on a Tiguan.

Service. Answered all questions and more patience. People fr The place was clean with many chairs to sit and watch TV plus treats plus drinks plus plus. Mac Miller, my service rep, was quick and thorough with things that needed to be done. This was another safety recall on my Jetta and I am not too happy about that. Now I am facing another one this is 5 within the past 15 months. It is not parked problems per se but it certainly is Volkswagen's problem. And I have had it.

20k maintenance visit Crew kept me in the loop the entire time. The appointment was shorter than expected and all shuttle services were on time, efficient, and fantastic company. Service department has always gone above and beyond with their efforts. I hope their approach never changes.

Wonderful We called on Tuesday made a appointment for Wednesday .When we arrived the salesperson was waiting for us and had the car ready for us.Two hours later we were on our way home with a new car.Fast and stress free.
