Very professional and easy to work with Very professional. I brought my car in for warranty work and they went above and beyond. I was there for approximately 1 hr. When I received my car back they had even vacuumed my floor mats. It's the small things that distinguishes great companies.

Good buying experience Negotiated on the price and trade-in on a new BMW X7. Staff made the process easy. Minor hiccup was the floor mats. We built the car with the floor mats and was told they couldn’t order the car with the floor mats but that it would get taken care of at the dealership. We found out later that although it was part of the build, it was additional money out of pocket for us (they were not including it in the purchase price of the vehicle). Straightforward Honest Service Was able to negotiate a fair price with one phone call and a few emails. I appreciated getting clear direct answers and no hassle. Very nice people with great service. I was at another BMW dealership for years in Minneapolis and was extremely unsatisfied with the sales team and dealership to the point where I was going to switch to Porsche or Mercedes.
