Very professional and easy to work with Very professional. I brought my car in for warranty work and they went above and beyond. I was there for approximately 1 hr. When I received my car back they had even vacuumed my floor mats. It's the small things that distinguishes great companies.

Good buying experience Negotiated on the price and trade-in on a new BMW X7. Staff made the process easy. Minor hiccup was the floor mats. We built the car with the floor mats and was told they couldn’t order the car with the floor mats but that it would get taken care of at the dealership. We found out later that although it was part of the build, it was additional money out of pocket for us (they were not including it in the purchase price of the vehicle). Audi Q 5 Quattro ———————My experience with Park Pl I was quite pleased with my experience purchasing my Audi Q 5 Quattro at Park Place Motors. Xaxi adroitly orchestrated the entire process with the able assistance of Tony, from finance and James, from management. Everyone I worked with was helpful and pleasant to interact with.
Straightforward Honest Service Was able to negotiate a fair price with one phone call and a few emails. I appreciated getting clear direct answers and no hassle. Very nice people with great service. I was at another BMW dealership for years in Minneapolis and was extremely unsatisfied with the sales team and dealership to the point where I was going to switch to Porsche or Mercedes. If you are in the Twin Cities and considering BMW I highly recommend working with Rochester.
Visit for new vehicle purchase I have been a customer at Park Place Motors for nearly 12 years. I have been consistently pleased with their service. Thus, I decided to purchase my second vehicle from them. Xavi deftly orchestrated my new car purchase, an Audi 2020 Q5. Xavi was readily available and accommodating.
