Pleasant! Everyone was pleasant to work with making the process easy! They are very eager to sell but accommodating to your needs. I went in unsure of the model I wanted and Sam helped me find something that would work in my price range and style.
Easy to work with I don't live near a BMW dealer, so I went through the Costco Auto program and Park was the nearest Costco affiliate. Excellent service experience! Mac did a great job of working with us from the 90,000 mi service and the follow-up work that was completed to get our car back to working order. There were no surprises. Everything that needed to be done was listed and costs were provided up front.
Joshua Kern is a first class Service Advisor. Recently took our Audi in for the 2 year service and I was dissatisfied with the wash after the service.
