Great Service Brought my Audi in for an airbag recall and oil change. Great service all around. I don't live in the Rochester area but will drive over for any additional service my car may need. Highly recommend!!
Best experience at a dealership. Park place is unlike most dealerships. No hassle and very prompt service. Sam is wonderful to deal with. He provided a lot of information prior to my visit and remembered what I was looking for when I came in. There was no pressure to buy anything I did not need. Sam found the perfect vehicle for me and made my purchase smooth and very comfortable. Lisa and Tony in finance were extremely efficient and friendly. I am very happy with my new car.
Service The service department was prompt and professional. They addressed the concerns we had with our vehicle. Parts were ordered and they will notify us when they can replace them.
Professional and attentive to our needs Everyone that we worked with were kind and courteous. Almin helped us find the vehicle that we were looking for. He offered help without being forceful. He made the process of buying a car pleasant.
Quality helpful people Park place motors is a smaller dealership with decent customer service. Aaron Bianchi was personable and accommodating. I had issues with credit (due to a canceled deal two weeks prior) and Anthony Johnson in finance talked me through everything and used his contacts to secure me a fair deal. It's clear these people care about customer satisfaction. Overall I am pleased with my experience.

Excellent service I've been buying cars (BMWs) and getting them serviced at Park Place Motors since 2002 and they just do a terrific job every single time. Excellent service, friendly staff, good coffee while you wait, pick and drop shuttle service. I will highly recommend it to anyone looking to buy a car or getting them serviced.
Another Pleasant day @Park Place The sales team, service team greet the customers. While this may seem to be a simple act, Customer Service & Satisfaction is missing at many businesses these days. Took my vehicle in for scheduled windshield replacement + camera recalibration. Had a question about an oil change-Josh reviewed my vehicle's service records.
