My sales experience was mediocre, but the nightmare that followed was an unprecedented experience for me. After turning in my lease, paperwork wasn't properly filed and tags weren't turned in by the dealership. Despite numerous calls from myself and now BMW USA on behalf of myself, ORR still can't get things straightened out from their end. Horrible customer service by used car manager Kevin Cline. He was rude and very condescending when I visited this dealership. I would never buy a car from this BMW dealership. I will gladly keep my money in Texas!
