Me being the mother of a young man that purchased a vehicle from this company and was treated so poorly after purchasing a vehicle that gave him problems within the few days after getting it. I could write a book about the problems my son had with this vehicle and it's still not running after he's paid money out of his own pocket to them to get it fixed through them. Drove it home and it wouldn't even start the next day. It's simply not fair for what they put and putting my son through. He has a car note for a vehicle that m... read more

I have been looking at a 335i with the M sport package. Orr has one “in stock “ they tell me. My husband and I drive from Texarkana Texas to drive the car and buy it. But I get a call saying they cannot locate the car. After searching for it the Service Department says we have it out to a customer as a loaner car. First off I can’t believe they would do something like that. Second the customer driving the car is out of town putting more mileage and wear on the car. Third if they do stuff like that what other things are they ... read more

I purchased a pre-owned BMW 528i. Why? Everyone wants a classy, luxury BMW. The 528 was a "certified" pre-owned still under factory warrant. The first week I owned it, it was in the shop because the head unit kept rebooting on its own. They said they fixed it, although they didn't know what was wrong. Not sure how you fix something that you don't know what's wrong. So yes, got it back and what do you know, it happened again. This time they replaced the unit completely. Well, guess what? Had to take it back in because, you gu... read more

Corporate parasites. No reason not to buy in Dallas. They won't stand behind their cars.

Took my M235 here for servicing. I understand that you should not leave valuables in plain sight, however when the vehicle is going into service at a high end dealership, leaving a wallet in the glove department (which is locked mind you) with $250 emergency cash doesn't cross your mind to take with you. The technician who worked on my car literally had to unlock my glove department to access the wallet. They had no business even going in there. They didn't just take the cash, they took the whole damn wallet that also had my... read more
