Great service I purchased a 2014 BMW 535d. Raymond Shoup was great. He was very attentive to my needs and professional. He knew his product well and was never oppressive as some agents can be. The whole experience went very smoothly without a glitch.

Service delivered on schedule I appreciated the timeliness --- the loaner was waiting for me when arrived for the scheduled appointment. The car was completed when I was told it would be ready. I would not ask for anything more, but the personnel where all friendly which is nice.
