Ronald Hoard They were able to find the cause of a rattle that we have had for a long time. It took a lot of work to get to the problem. It was caused by mistakes made during the assembly of this car. We are very happy to have it repaired. It seems like we have a new car now. Looks like we will be keeping this car for quite a while.

2012 Lincoln MKZ Our sales person had guaranteed that service charges would be handled the same as our BMW (which was purchased & is serviced thru Ziegler).
