"Very pleasant and very professional. " My car only needed some software updates and a recall notice with the backup camera system. I, however, needed some assistance with the technology in the car. Amanda and Chris handled both things quickly and completely. I needed a small follow up with Chris regarding the BMW app, the wrong vin number was entered. Once I discovered that Chris took care of it right away. I actually look forward to going back!
