I was treated with the red carpet service as soon as I dropped my car off. He had a brand new 2020 BMW waiting for me. Ethan not fully diagnosed my vehicle but was very patient with me explaining the entire coverage of my extended warranty. I would only recommend Autohaus for any service on a BMW. Thank you so much! "Service department was very friendly and easy to deal..." Service department was very friendly and easy to deal with. I was in for an oil change and wanted them to take a look at a few other things. They finished the job very quickly and were transparent about everything they did. I was impressed with the service especially since they were extremely busy that day.
