Made an appointment to assist my dad on his purchase and ended up purchasing a vehicle for myself as well. Brad did a great job answering a wide range of questions between my father and I, as we each had different needs and familiarities with the vehicles. "Check Engine light resolved!" We called to make a an appointment because we had a check engine light. We were able to get in within right away. Autohaus BMW determined the issue was under warranty. We were given a loaner car but within two days, we were able to pick up our car which was beautifully cleaned and sanitized. thank you

"My BMW overheated as I sat in line waiting for my food..." My BMW overheated as I sat in line waiting for my food order to be brought to my car at 4:30pm. When I left the restaurant, the temperature needle was straight up (right where it s/b). As I turned out of the parking lot, the needle moved quickly to the hot side, and the red LED glowed. Luckily I was able to turn right into a gas station 50 yards away, turn off the engine, and open the hood. I left it there until 10:30am the next morning and had it towed to my friend... read more
"Linda helped me when I arrive to the bmw dealership..." Linda helped me when I arrive to the bmw dealership unfortunately her shift was over and Mike took over they both were Very friendly people, the dealership is clean. Also the have military discounts!!
