"Appreciate going over prices before starting the service...." Appreciate going over prices before starting the service. They were very friendly and quick on my service. I would have preferred they went over any issues found or fixed vs leaving me a general report. But overall a good experience.

"Terrific service" I bought my X3 at another dealership but service it here. Patti Kupfer is my service specialist, and she has been wonderful to deal with. Servicing cars can often be a chore but she is efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She makes the whole process much, much easier. Can’t say enough about the service here, and in particular Patti.

"If you are looking for a BMW, you owe it to yourself to..." If you are looking for a BMW, you owe it to yourself to visit Jens at Autohaus. No BS and no games. Jens is respectful of your time, is completely transparent and his pricing, and was a consummate professional. We’ve bought from all of the BMW dealers in St. Louis in Autohaus was head and shoulders above the other dealers. Jens is simply the best around he’ll get my business again when it’s time to get another BMW.
