Wonderful as Always! The Service representative was friendly and polite, and extremely helpful. I needed to have my windshield wipers replaced and rather than me sit and wait the 10-15 minutes for a technician to do it, he just changed them out himself -- I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate the fast and pleasant experience.

Smooth transaction This is my fourth car purchase. Usually the process is tiresome and drawn out. This time around, Lily made the experience enjoyable and exciting. It was an internet purchase, but I got everything I wanted without the haggle. Smoothest car buying experience I had buy far. To top it off, she delivered the car to me and made sure the gas tank was full upon delivery. Great customer service!

Service Representative Darin took care of my car and kept me informed of the progress. He was flexible with me by allowing me to pick up my car a day later due to the time of day and the distance I would have had to drive. Very pleasant experience.
