Love my 650 GC I saw the car I loved. Contacted Robert Grass. Completed the application process. Set my delivery date. Which happened to be their day off. They came in at my appointment time. Although I was running a tad late, it was still a quick process. During finance & delivery, I was in and out without idle time. We were able to drive down, get in, handle business and back out to enjoy my new car. Thank you Robert Grass & Nathan.
Valencia BMW I brought my boss's car in for its maintenance; it was my first time at Valencia BMW and I was super impressed by the entire place - it's very clean, even back by the service area, and all of the employees were super friendly. Darin Ellis helped me get checked in quickly and was honest about how long it would take. Then when I returned to pick it up, it was just a quick signature & out the door.

2014 335i M Sport My father had purchased a 'certified pre-owned' vehicle from Valencia BMW and was very happy. I decided to check their inventory of 'certified pre-owned' vehicles and saw one online that I thought would be a great fit. I scheduled an appointment with Maryo and once I saw it and got to drive it I had to get it. The process was painless and by the end of the day I had myself a "new" car! Thanks Valencia BMW

Valencia BMW I'd been shopping new cars for a few months, heavily in the last week, and found the car I wanted at Valencia BMW. I called first thing in the morning, and Willie Dalgan assisted me with 1st class service. I drove off in my new car a little over an hour later.

Robert Rowland's Valencia BMW Robert Rowland's is the best service advisor. He is friendly, honest and very knowledgeable. There are other BMW dealerships closer, but I chose to travel further for the wonderful service.
Valencia BMW Excellent service. Robert Grass, the internet sales manager is my sales contact at the dealer. He is honest and straight forward and he delivers on whatever he promises. I just purchased another car from him, my 4th car in the past 5 years, he always manages to get me a great deal.
