BMW Review I have always had a pleasant experience with BMW of Fairfax- have never experienced a hiccup until this time when my loaner car lost air conditioning in 90+ degrees weather. Mr. Thomas M. Minton Came in for a seat restraint alarm, oil leak and BMW Online reset. Allen Capaldi thoroughly went through the service items with me, ensured I was comfortable in the beautiful lounge and went about completing the work. Because there was a short delay, Allen came to the lounge and alerted me in case I had to leave. I did not and in short order the car was washed and ready to drive away with all items addressed.
