BMW Fairfax Service is The BEST I bought a 2018 BMW from BMW Fairfax and it was a respectful and pleasant experience. I bought the car in under 2 hours. The service department called to schedule my car's check-up. They found a time convenient to my work schedule, changed the oil and serviced my car and had me back on the road in under two hours. I waited in the lounge that had WiFi, snacks and large screen TVs.

Good experience Dealership and repair shop did - hopefully - a good job. Too bad parts are poorly made and relatively recently made BMWs spend more in repair shops than on the road :-)
