BMW of Fairfax Bodyshop My BMW 335i was in a reck right before Christmas. I dropped my car to BMW of Fairfax Bodyshop. Not only they did an excellent job with the work, they worked with the insurance to get the approval for the additional parts required. StateFarm wanted them to use used parts, BMW was able to convince them of the risk using old/used parts, and get the insurance to approve the new parts. I always feel confident that BMW of Fairfax bodyshop will do a job right for the best interest of the customers.
Oil change Service advisor provided an excellent assessment for service needed.

Great experience We had a great experience at BMW of Fairfax. We loved working with Alex. He was very knowledgeable and he took the time to ask me questions to get a better understanding of what I was looking for. Alex always made himself available via email or phone for any questions during the buying process, and even after. When we showed up to buy the car, he had everything ready and made it a smooth and enjoyable experience!

Fairfax BMW -most recent experience Have purchased seven BMWs (5 CPO, 1 new, 1 Mini) from Fairfax BMW over 15 years. With the same salesperson, Brian. Brian is excellent and always worked with us. Several times, including our most recent CPO purchase of 2018 M4, ?back of the house? service -financing, parts/cashier has been inefficient and lacking.
