My Dream Vehicle I went to BMW of Fairfax, solely to LOOK at a vehicle of interest, and little did I know I would be driving away from there in the vehicle of my dreams!! Great minor service Went in for oil change and inspection. While the oil change was more than a Jiffy Lube, they gave me a great car wash inside and outside, and pointed out some major repairs I?ll need in the future, which helps me plan on how long to keep the car.
BMW Service at BMW Fairfax VA Ms. Dena Van from the BMW Fairfax service department was great in dealing with a number of services I needed. The biggest problem I had to deal with was getting two of my tires replaced thru the CNA National tire program. I had to have the tires replaced with temporary ones (no-run flats). These tires were damaged on the road and in another state so I could not bring them in to be verified. Ms. Van called in my behalf and was able to get them replaced at no charge to me under the CNA program I p... read more
