Top Shelf Experience We were interested in a used vehicle on their lot. (Not a BMW) Sadly another customer had the paperwork drawn up. The salesman, Rich Rams, showed us another car they had (same make and model). The car wasn't much in price compared to what they had on the lot but Rich treated us as if we were purchasing a $100k car. Excellent buying experience Started out by requesting on-line quotes from four Chicagoland BMW dealers for a specifically configured new BMW 2 series convertible. Only Sean from Laurel BMW sent a response back with exactly what I had asked for. The other dealers seemed more interested in generalities and/or just wanting to engage in follow up conversations. GREAT EXPERIENCE, FRIENDLY SERVICE Came in to look for a used X5 with low mileage. We were greeted upon entering dealership with a friendly welcome. Rich Rams - BMW Just bought a certified BMW and had wonderful experience working with Rich. I work downtown so Rich made it very simple to process. Negotiated thru email and scheduled a time to pick up the car the following day. Once I arrived at Dealer the car was in mint condition and clean as a whistle. The price was exactly as agreed and the whole process took an hour.

Laurel BMW of Westmont Just picked up my third BMW from Jeff Abbas at Laurel. Now that I am retired, I downsized from a 2013 750Li to a 2015 535Xi. As always, it was like buying from a family friend. Fair pricing and unmatched customer service are a hallmark of Jeff and the dealership as a whole. In fact, my wife, both daughters and my son have all purchased or leased BMW's from Jeff during the last 3 years! I think that says it all.
