Very good service I brought my BMW in for a leak and James Randall in service had my BMW X5 diagnosed and my vehicles Oil leak was fixed, for some reason it runs much better and quicker take off now and I was given a Nice comfortable loaner which I may consider purchasing at later date . Great service and customer care at Laurel BMW I was having a problem with a module on my X5. Unfortunately I needed the problem fixed right away as I'm leaving on a 2-1/2 month road trip for my photography business. I explained this to Laurel as I was originally told they could fit me in next week. Bob K. Good Service Dept I have been dealing with service depts for over 40 years and Laurel's for about 12. The industry has changed a bunch as well as the cars. Laurel does a great job balancing the amount of cars that they seem to deal with every day. I took my lap top with me on the most recent visit. Waited about 3 hours to get my brakes done.
