The Flow BMW Team (sales, service and finance) have always been accommodating and timely answering questions and making sure that I'm a satisfied customer. If a maintenance issue ever arises, I bring the car in - they ask if I want a loaner or a ride to work (i usually don't need a loaner, just a ride to work) - they call me when the repair is done, pick me up from work when I ask them to and when I get there they explain what repairs were made. I've had MANY cars in my life and think so highly of the folks at Flow BMW that I took my 80 yr old mother there two weeks ago to get her first BMW. She loves the car but more importantly she loved the experience of dealing with the professional staff at Flow. I've dealt with Flow a lot over the last few years and it's a great dealership.
