I am very concerned about your lack of professionalism. I have emailed numerous times as well as called with no response. This is our 4th BMW. Please contact me. We never had this level of customer service at Hendrick BMW.
I went in to have my air bags done. When it was ready and on the way home I noticed the cover for the passenger side air bag was curved in farther on the left side and not seated right. No quality control so yep disappointed. Now will have to go back.
We purchased a 2 series BMW from Flow over Labor Day weekend. Since we are out of state, Flow required us to pay a nonnegotiable $800 fee for both title and registration. It is now 11/17 and we have yet to get our permanent license plate. As an active duty military family, my husband’s license is in the state of Pennsylvania and we are stationed in New Jersey. We have gone through Penn Dot for numerous other license/registration issues and they have always been helpful. The agency in which Flow has chosen to use, changed my ... read more

My experience with this group was once again so inferior that I bought a car from another dealer.
Quick and excellent vehicle and customer service. Used to go to Hendrick but never again. Flow is the way to go!
I just had the worst customer service ever! I'm test driving and the employee is texting on his phone the entire time! He didn't even talk about the car or nothing. He didn't even care.
I took my car in for a USB audio issue.. They told me that it needed further diagnostics for the issue I was having. A different dealer simply listened to what it was doing and the solution was $15 on Amazon .. It just needed a different USB/Apple adapter...not more time and money with them.
They are very incompetent.. On Wednesday my car through a fault code, so I planned on taking my car in the next day to get it checked out. On a Thursday I took my car into bmw after leaving the headlights on over night and running my battery voltage down, I had the car towed in. On Saturday they called me to pick up my 335i and told me they charged the battery and that was the only problem with the car, disregarding the fault that my car had thrown.
