Excellent customer service !!!! My purchase experience at this dealer was very smooth and comfortable. Ryan Armstrong was great and he explained everything in detail and cleared all my technical and financial doubts. The entire process took less than 3-4 days I guess. Thanks to Ryan and his team. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking for a BMW. Of course, the bmw car is great. No second thoughts on that, go for it.
This is my 3rd car through Hendricks. Ryan Armstrong is an amazing salesmen. He took the time and he listened to everything I asked for. The customer service I received the day I was picking up my car was amazing. From the front desk to the people going over the options on my car. Definitely a 5 star dealership.
