RecommendedI been going to Hendrick Mini for over 6 years, at the Charlotte NC Store. My service advisor Eric Snyder, and the service team treat my mini like is the only car on the lot. Now the service team send you a video when they are inspecting the vehicle and let you know what they fiend in the inspection, to let you know what your Mini needs. I fiend that very helpful no surprises. If you like motoring you have to get a Mini .

RecommendedMade my appointment on line, which was so easy, but forgot to make arrangements for a loaner. Upon arrival I was greeted by Mariana at the service department who quickly made arrangements for a loaner. Mariana was professional and very friendly.
