"Customer Friendly" BMW did not have the car we were looking for and prices seemed too high for our budget. Brendan was determined to get our business and not lose the sale to Audi. when he could not find the car he said lets design one. When we said the price was too high and here is the max we would pay he got approval. 6+ weeks later the car was delivered and we are very pleased!
