"Great experience" Charles was a great salesperson; had a wonderful experience start to finish! Nice dealership to do business with, very easy transaction. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable.
"Out of town purchase" We live in Charlotte and could not find the right vehicle for our son locally. We drove to Raleigh to look at a few possibilities we saw online. We met Charles and began working with him via e-mail and text. He was not only able to get us in the car our son wanted but It was one of the easiest car shopping experiences we have had. It also helped that he knew all of the specs and features on the car and was able to communicate them to our son!

From there, he was very responsive to texts/calls, and was available to answer any questions along the way. He also took the time to see the transaction through to the end, including some extra work in timing rental return with the new car purchase.

"David Malette" David is awesome. David was very helpful and courteous. David was easy to work with and have excellent knowledge of the BMW.
