"Ian Wyre" The previous service that I received from this dealership were far less than satisfactory. When my new BMW (purchased from a different dealership) needed service I didn’t have the time to drive to Winter Park. I was very pleasantly surprised to find Ian Wyre as a courteous, knowledgeable, accessible and responsive service technician. So much so that I then bought a new Mercedes GLS from the dealership and paid a little more than a competitive quote. Ian is just as good as the great cars that they sell.
"Courtesy of service personell." On this visit it was a pleasure having Joe Trozzo as my go to person on my vehicle service. Courtesy is a standard at Capital BMW.
"Ian Wyre is the best!" For the second time in a year, my vehicle sustained wiring damage as a result of pesky squirrels...Ian handled my dilemma with care and compassion. I couldn't ask for a kinder, more understanding representative for BMW than he. He’s the best and would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone!
