"Great Buying Experience - Trey Purvis" For a long time, I wanted to get my own Jeep Wrangler. Capital BMW had recently gotten a trade-in of a 2018 JLU Wrangler. Trey was excellent to work with throughout the entire process. In addition, Lu was great to work with on the financing end of things. Overall, one of the best dealership experiences I have ever had. Definitely recommend these guys to anyone.
"Great Customer Service Ian Wyre" Ian Wyre has always made me feel apart of the BMW family . He’s professional and pays attention to details even the smallest things . "Car maintenance " Was very pleased with our first experience! They were able to give us a loaner until our car was serviced. He offered to wash our car himself when he realized it had not been done. Lee did an excellent job.

"Great Experience! " Stanford and Nick were amazing! After weeks dealing with South Florida dealers I decided to branch out and couldn't be happier when I found Capital BMW. After a few text and email messages we arrived at a deal that work for both of us and we flew-in early on Monday to take delivery!
"Exceptional Service" Sam Was able to have my car serviced a day before its actual appointment, because I live about fifty miles away from Tallahassee. I was extremely grateful for a loaner being dropped off at my workplace and having my car returned the next day. The customer service was greatly appreciated.
