"Ok bmw, needs improvement in front desk service" I’ve been to several bmw dealerships for service in the past. Usually there is a person who checks you in, and gets the service tech. Not here. I’m left wandering around the waiting area then finally knocking on a window. Pickup of my car was a joke. Waited about 20 minutes before my sales tech came back from a test drive.
