I have been a Capital Eurocars customer since I purchased my first BMW in 2003. Lee Woodruff was the service manager assigned to assist me on my first visit. I always appreciate the service and care I receive when I come in. Lee left Capital Eurocars for a short time several years ago. When I found that he was back, I immediately asked to be reassigned to him. When I find a company that I trust, I stick with them.
Ian always provides great customer service. He always greets us with a pleasant smile; and makes certain that he fully captures our concerns and needs for our vehicle service. We appreciate that he carefully reviews our service history and informs us of any pertinent information such as out vehicle qualifying for the recall repairs at no additional cost. I contacted Tommy yesterday about a BMW X1 I saw online. I told him that I didn't have time to come up there to test drive it , so he offered to bring it up to me at work so that I could try it out.
