We purchased both a new X5 and a pre-owned 535i over the course of a few days. Vik made it a great buying experience, even to the point of spending hours with us making certain we were truly satisfied with what we were buying. Several years ago, I had a very negative experience with the predecessor to this dealership, so I was reluctant to even stop in. Vik changed that with his straight forward and positive manner. Met with Tommy Waigand, who guided me through the purchase of my used Mazda Miata. Dealership was clean and full of beautiful cars. Tommy immediately brought my car around front for a test drive, and then we negotiated a deal without any extra fuss. I was very pleased with the price.
