From the moment I stepped in the door at Capital Eurocars to the follow-up with my BMW "Genius" the entire experience was top-notch. For me, buying a BMW was a big financial deal with a bit of an emotional story behind it so the very knowledgeable, no pressure, and honest interactions with Scott Stanley were priceless. This was the second nail in a run-flat tire that I've had in the last couple of months. Our service tech, Ian Wyre, could have recommended we replace both tires last time, but since we don't put a lot of miles on the BMW and the tires were less than a year old, he said just the one would be fine based on the wear. He saved us big time especially since we got a nail in the opposite tire this week. There are new homes being built nearby in our community and unfortunately nails end up out on the roads. Paul White sold me the car and he was great. Very easy to work with, no pressure and quick with a response. Paul was also very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did everything possible to make it a great experience.

John McClung did an excellent job of helping me get into a new BMW 428 gran coupe. He was very knowledgeable and patient during the experience and I hope he's around when I get my next BMW. After going to several different dealerships in Tallahassee, I was presently surprised with Capital Eurocars - BMW.
