My experience with Capital BMW and Jamal Wilson has been nothing but amazing, incredible, fantastic and a hundred other superlatives. Had to take in my 128i for a repair and Ian provided excellent service as he always does. My car repair was completed within just a couple of hours and I happily picked it up, still sparkling from the complementary wash. I would recommend Capital BMW everyone.
The GM Crawford Atkins and our sales associate Scott Stanley, were very responsive to our family's needs. Scott was a tremendous help in determining which car was going to best meet our needs. We decided on a 535d and really love it.
My experience could not have been better! I sent Paul a picture of "my dream car" and as difficult as it had been for me to locate one on my own through several dealerships, he found one and had it for me on his lot to pick up that weekend as planned! Scott was awesome. Very knowledgeable about BMW's obviously. Wasn't pushy at all unlike like other dealerships. I feel like I could have got a better deal on the car but of course I'm impatient so I took the first deal offered. All in all I'm glad I got my BMW from Scott.
Mr. Paul White was an excellent salesperson; very informative and patient. Love my new car! I would highly recommend this dealership and definitely the BMW brand. I hope to keep this car for many years!
I am so pleased with my experience with Capital BMW, Paul White did an amazing job, with the help of John Sipay who made the who thing possible. I had to drop by the dealer ship today for a miner malfunction, and the Service Department was right on it. I will recommend this dealership and salesman to everyone
