Service I needed A service. They fit me in quickly, offered me a loaner vehicle free of charge and were extremely friendly.
Car purchase My salesman, Jacob, was very professional and knowledgeable. He provided me an "Out the door" price before I went in to get my car. Once there we found out that I was not eligible for one of my rebates (error on my part). BMW Repair The service manager Chris, was very polite, professional and welcoming. He followed up with the quote for my repair and also suggested a couple of items that need to be addressed. The repairs were completed in a timely manner. Everyone I spoke with at the Service Department was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for BMW repair.
