Excellent Service at Myrtle Beach Mercedes! This is the second time I've had work done at this dealership. Both times, the work was done expeditiously. I am very impressed with the professionalism shown to me by the service manager, Art, and his assistant, Mark (?) and will definitely return to have future work on my car done at this dealership.
...to dealership in response to a d'board warning ....I had no appt but the d'board warning suggested a level of urgency. The service dept was courteous, efficient and reassuring. They kept the car for a careful check up and sent me home with a "loaner". The service dept manager called me the next day to tell me the problem was fixed and I could pick my car up at my convenience.
