Oil change service Everything is fine. Service excellent. What is annoying is this is the 3rd request for a service rating...2 from the dealership and one from corporate. I get it.
Myrtle Beach Mercedes- Ashley Ashley has been unbelievably helpful since my purchase. Her customer service is exemplary and on point. Unfortunately the car has had to go back several times. At this point we are still not working properly on phone integration.... but again Ashley has gone above and beyond in her work to help me resolve this issue. I look forward to having it fixed and being a happy Mercedes customer for years to come.

The Service Manager Romano Marinaro service writers Mark Mark Marlowe and Ashley Kiktavy were very helpful in seeing that the work was done in a timely manner.
