expedition purchase This is our second purchase here. We went back because we were so pleased with our first experience. We asked for Thomas and once again very happy he could help us. We will definitely refer our friends and family members to Thomas and this dealership for any future vehicle purchases and we ourselves will return when that time arrives.
Tire purchase Excellent service and product. Provided loaner car when original time estimate was going to be extended.
B1 repair The service department was professional and courteous, I chose to wait for my car and was immediately told how long the thought it would take and what my options were. The waiting area was clean and comfortable with lots of snacks and drink options! When my car was ready my service rep went over the repairs and handed me the keys to my newly washed and vacuumed car.
Awesome ! Everyone at BMW is exceptional. From the purchase of my new X5 (Thomas) to the service department (John, Brandon and David.) I have only had the best visits. All are very professional and respectful!
