How to keep customers happy This was first maintenance schedule for my Mercedes. They truly know the meaning of "service" . Appointment was kept on time, finished in a bit less than time frame quoted and it included a full service wash/clean of my auto inside and out. While this service was being provided I had a great workout session in their gym! I'm impressed with their service and caring.
Excellent Customer Service EXPEDIENT QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was visiting the Myrtle Beach area and needed a flat tire replaced. The customer service team worked me in although it was late in the day and sent me on my way with a new tire and complimentary car wash! Very impressed!
