First Service for 2016 BMW Convertible We were treated very well during our first BMW service visit. The car was serviced promptly and then washed and made ready for us to leave.

Recent replacement of damaged tire with slow leak. MB Automotive did not have my tire in stock, so Mark Marlowe of the Service Department called a local tire dealer to find one quickly. It was then installed early the next morning. Great service.

Nashville The entire staff was a pleasure to deal with from the general manager of the facility to our salesman and all in between. The facility was clean and well stocked and provided several choices of beverages and snacks. This was our first purchase in Myrtle Beach but it will not be our last. We have owned seven other BMWs and one Mercedes. We look forward to buying our next car at Myrtle Beach automotive.
