Service Department It is always a pleasure to visit the service dept at my BMW. They are courteous, professional, and are fantastic about keeping you updated on where your car is in the service process. JD was my service manager for my visit. I love the WIFI at the dealership, so I can still work while I wait. Also, fantastic to have snacks, and drinks and nice people. Great experience.

Mercedes Service Very nice dealership and the waiting room has a huge glass window overlooking the service area where you can see the mechanics working on the cars. It's the cleanest shop I've seen.

Excellent service The air pressure light came on several times in a 2 week period. Each time, I took the car to the dealership and they immediately put air in the tire. The last time it came on the tire was noticeably flatter. I took the car in to be looked at. The service department examined it and found a nail in the tire. They fit me right in and replaced the tire while I waited. The waiting room is comfortable with some nice amenities like snacks, drinks and a tv.
