This dealership invented the meaning of SERVICE! Went in on a Saturday with a clunking noise every time I went over a bump in the road. They told me they only do routine service on Saturdays. I told them I was out of town on business and ALEX when above and beyond to get the car seen by a master tech. It needed a part they did not keep in stock.
