New Mercedes purchase Damien was fantastic. Very professional and great to work with.
QUICK REPLACEMENT I was just a "walk-in". I needed a headlight replaced. George was able to fit me in without any problem. The wait was about an hour. I purchased my car there in 2009. Maybe that helped. The new showroom and overall facility is really nice. They were still on 501 when I purchased the car.

Excellent Dealership I have had my 2012 535i serviced by the dealership for several years. The service has always exceeded my expectations. My wife wanted to take a look at one of the X Series cars, so we stopped by. After looking at some on the lot we came inside and was greeted by Steve Todd. Great service, exceptional facility My first Benz service since moving south. Everything from the facility layout to service received was first rate. I especially liked the waiting lounge where one has a view into the garage area and can see all cars being worked on. An exceptionally clean facility. One can readily see where any employee would be proud to work there. Also, after being washed and vacuumed my car looked better to go then when I brought it in.

Great Follow up My vehicle failed me on I-95 in NC and roadside assistance had myself and the vehicle taken to Myrtle Beach Mercedes. I was contacted immediately by George and he made sure I was going to get the service I normally expect from Mercedes. Coming from NJ, I was not surprised to find out that I was treated like I was a local customer. The facility was clean, people were pleasant and the service was top notch. Car Service I have always liked Myrtle Beach Automotive, My car is serviced within one to two hours and it comes back CLEAN. There are no greasy fingerprints inside or outside. It is vacuumed and washed. I appreciate that. I had to go somewhere else only once and will NEVER do that again. The people are polite and they do their job.
