Exceptional Service Experience I recently hit a large pothole on Kings River Road in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, with my Mercedes 550 SL. The left front tire had to be replaced. The left front and left rear wheels were bent and the car had to have 4 wheel re-alignment. Mercedes paid to have the car towed 30 miles to Mercedes-Benz, Myrtle Beach. Very pleased! Everybody was so generous and helpful. There was hardly no wait time and they were very quick with everything. My mechanic went over every detail that was wrong with my car, to help me understand what was wrong. Absolutely phenomenal experience, I was offered snacks, sods, coffee while waiting and it was very nice.

Best Car Purchase Experience EVER!! A couple of weeks ago, I went to Myrtle Beach Automotive and purchased a 2014 BMW. The experience was an absolute delight. The salespeople are friendly, the facility is spotless; I really felt at home. I hope my purchase lasts a while; however, if I need another vehicle in the future, I would come back to this dealer in a heart beat. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and kind. OUTSTANDING SERVICE Recently brought my Mercedes in for warranty repair. The entire process was from greeting to pick up was handled in an efficient, professional manner. Art,in the service dept was very attentive in handling my vehicle. Mike, the service manager at Myrtle Beach Mercedes went above and beyond my expectations in handling an additional issue to my complete satisfaction. I purchased my 2014 slk250 from Myrtle Beach Mercedes and that process, handled by Jacob my salesman, was an equally pleasant experience.

Tire blowout Had a blowout near the dealership. Came in after the service dept was closed and staff just leaving. Dave Spang stayed and told me he could get me in first thing in the morning. Had tire coverage so blowout tire was covered minus a small deductible. Needed 3 other tires due to wear. Gave me all options and answered many questions I had.
