BMW of Dallas Tim Bennett was expeditiously in contacting me about the service my car needed. He was very specific and helpful in me making the decisions on what needed immediate attention.
Oil and filter change with service check. The experience was top notch all the way. The person helping me was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Everything went smoothly. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I loved how they cleaned my car so well before giving it back to me!
BMW 740i Review Derick was my service adviser. He is familiar with me and my vehicle. He quickly explained what needed to be done and did not try to sell me anything that was not needed. Service was done within the time frame quoted. Very professional. I really liked the email notification that my car had notified BMW that it was ready for service. Makes it easy to remember. Website to schedule service was confusing so I ended up calling. I will continue to take my car there.
